Running- Week 3 Day 2
Please see Misty's blog. 'Nuff said. Happy Thursday...and if anyone knows how to make my knees feel better, please leave a comment, unless it is "stop running" because that is not an option.
Lee called and said it could just be normal joint inflamation since we're new to this. She said to take advil til they're better. Is that one nursing approved? I forget.
I wouldn’t say stop exercising, but you might want to switch to something different. In the cooler months I walk a lot each day and my knees bug me at the beginning too. To help I usually ride my bike to where I’m going to be walking. Bike riding is very low impact on the knees and stretches out your legs really well at the same time. Just a way to add to your work out.
Kevin and I met at WSU in 1999 and were married in 2001. We have 2 boys, Matthew and Alex, to keep us very busy! I work full time at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Kevin works full time at the University of Idaho.
